CRY → WORRY
Before worrying, just question yourself:
“Did you give your 100%?”
If your answer is NO, then improve yourself.
If YES, then question yourself:
“Is it really necessary to worry, given the ephemeral state of our life and transient nature of everything in universe?”
Your answer should be a NO because internally you can feel it (or at least learn from experience)
“This too shall pass”
And therefore enjoy the life as it flows with the universal time. That does not mean that one should not strive hard to achieve goals. It is to mean that improve your capabilities, be healthy (both in and out) but “NEVER OVERTHINK/TOO MUCH WORRY” because sometimes it leads to “Paralysis by analysis”
